Booster Kit
DaVinci Performance, the leader in carburetion, has
combined all the technology and skills that have been
used over the years in the racing industry to produce
the DaVinci FirePower Booster kit for use on Harley
Davidsons. The booster kit design is a small venturi
inside a larger one; akin to a smaller carb inside a
larger one. This assembly, when installed in a carb’s
venturi, increases the air velocity and signal at the
fuel source. The special booster insert, with its
multi-port outlet, then helps atomize the fuel into fine
particles, promoting a more powerful fuel/air mixture
entering the engine cylinder. The solid brass emulsion
tube assembly meters the amount of fuel entering the carb by various sized
main jets. Air is also introduced into the fuel as it
travels up the tube to the booster. This helps the fuel
travel faster and also helps to break down the fuel too.
